      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband is working fine but I can't make or receive calls. There's no dial tone. &amp;nbsp;If anyone calls me they just hear '&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, the person you are calling is on another call'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've followed the Sky troubleshooting and also plugging another phone in but still the same. I'm guessing there's an external issue. I need it working urgently as my elderly dad needs to be able to contact me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been using Sky Talk for years, issue started today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Dudley, West Midlands area. Checked BT site and no known issues in the area apparently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
