      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just received and installed a Sky Broadband Hub on the activation date, but now find that my landline phone is not working (even after plugging into the master socket via the filter as recommended on the Sky help page)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the Voice light on your new Hub is green or amber, you need to plug the phone into the Hub. It won't work from the wall socket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming your broadband is ok. Try restarting the Hub, by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so. Then check the Voice light again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
