Well SKY removed Call Diversion then re-installed it AND AGAIN not working !

ANY ides out there would be greatly appreciated

As per before you will need to call them.

I have AGAIN but they advise they are investigating it.

Any other suggestions than keep calling them which is currently not fruitful
