Telephone says line cord error

tried everything to resolve including using a new phone but still not working for 2 weeks plus

Have you changed your broadband package a few weeks ago ?

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:

Thanks for this , I've tried this now a few times but still not able to make or receive calls . How do I arrange an engineer to come and fix ? Thank you

If you ran the line test did it say it found a fault ?
