      <description>Anyone not able to make or receive landline calls? Only just noticed as my landlines handset is telling me to check the line and when I try to call my number the line sounds like its busy.</description>

A lot of newer conections the voice line is delivered via the Sky Hub not vis the older phone sockets so check your phone is plugged in correctly if it is you need to report tgecfault to `sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep the landline handset is not that old tbh and is in perfect working order. I've tried unplugging the phone line as per the online help section. Can't get through to SKY as they close at 9pm. I'll see what it's like tomorrow and call up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
