Landline answer phone stopped working

Landline was working okay, now out of no where the answer phone does not work, calls are dropped

any suggestions?

I'm guessing you mean the 1571 service? I think you'll need to report it to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it, if you wish, or give them a call on 150.

Sky contacted and fault identified, just waiting on openreach to resolve

My landline has stopped working I can not phone out or receive incoming calls - My phone exhibits "Please check phone connection" - I have, nothing helps!

Hi, my 1571 has stopped working and an engineer came out to activate it last Wednesday and it is still not working.

Any help would be appreciated.

Presume the engineer checked it before leaving so this is a returning issue?

I have same issue landline answer phone stopped working and when I phoned 150 it said "Sorry this number is not working" What to do?
