      <description>&lt;P&gt;Landline phone showing "unavailable" on screen. Have done everything suggested on forum, and I the self help bit. Getting annoyed with Virtual Assistance, and can't get past it to get help! Obviously can't contact Sky by phone, as don't have working connection!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone has kindly tried landline number, it is ringing, but house phone isn't ringing!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
