Try restarting your Hub by switching it off at the plug for 30 seconds. If you still have the same problem, I'd report it to Sky. Dial 150.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That statement is confusing. You state you can call out, but state you can't call Sky because you can't call out?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Try the troubleshooting in this link&lt;/P&gt;
