Anyone else within the LS14 area experiencing an outage with their landline. I have no dial tone and cannot make or receive calls. I still have broadband which I find bizarre as I thought one could not work without the other. I have tried troubleshooting but to no avail. 😔

Broadband running at exact same speeds which is good as I WFH 3 days a week so need a stable connection. Was going to try and unplug the router and phone etc but worried it may then cause the Broadband to stop working.

Hav you called Sky for any updates on this?

Yeah they are aware. Called sky earlier for update and not meaning to be horrible or anything but I might as well have just asked my cat for what use the agent was. 😅. Thanks for your advice though. Its appreciated 🙂

Probably not Sky's fault, to be honest. They can only tell you what Openreach have told them and that's often along the lines of 'yes, there's fault' and then 'it's fixed'.
