      <description>&lt;P&gt;We cannot recieve or make calls on our land line as it crackles loudly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have had broadband and sky TV for several years and this has happened recently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Malc Belshaw&lt;/P&gt;</description>
