Landline can receive calls but not make calls

Hi everyone,

Our phone has an issue where we cannot make outgoing calls but can receive incoming calls ??

The phone will dial the number but then remain silent for @ 10 seconds and then cut off and make the dial tone sound.

All lights green on hub and everything else working fine. Have turned hub off / on etc but still the same.

Any help appreciated. Thanks

Does that include the 'Voice' light if your Hub has one, and if so, is your phone plugged into the Hub, not the wall socket?

Yes, voice light green and phone plugged into hub.

Thanks. If you're new to Sky Talk and your services were activated yesterday, I'd give it 24 hours, restart your Hub and try again, as full activation can take that long. If it has worked OK before or it's more than 24 hours post activation, it will need to be reported to Sky.

If you wish, we can ask Sky's private messaging to contact you here to enable you to do that?
