Not sure what you mean by "a face to face on Sky". You've posted on the Sky Talk board which is for issues with a Sky Talk landline phone in the UK. Something similar to FaceTime isn't available on a normal landline.

So, I have a friend in Ngland that uses a face to face product from Sky and I wish I could figure it out...I want to do a face to face, but when I try to figure out the program, it asks for a UK postal code.I live in Canada.

Why don't you ask your friend in the UK what the product is and see if there is an equivalent device/service available to you? Sky UK products are only available to customers residing in the UK or Ireland.

Still not clear which product you mean. Apart from their branded entertainment apps, nothing which runs over Sky broadband is proprietary.
