    <description>&lt;P&gt;You'll need to give sky a call and ask for an engineer to attend to remove the wiring from your internal master socket due to having the old bell wiring connected to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The wiring within this master socket would be connected to 1 or 2 wires alongside another few wires connected to allow your internet to be enabled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This wiring mentioned which controls the bell, will be disconnected when they attend to enable you to remove the external bell.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a sky broadband customer. I believe the broadband cable to my property belongs to BT. There is an old fashioned external bell which appears to be connected to the junction box which I should like to remove as it serves no purpose. Who do I speak to please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
