      <description>&lt;P&gt;Their best option is to register with the Accessibility team, who have additional contact options for the hard of hearing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't think the customer service,centres would be able to help you, as they have to speak to the accountholder in order to pass security.&lt;/P&gt;
