Phone line not working even though broadband is. Tried online help and that hasn't worked do t know what to do as I need a phone. Help

Has your Sky landline worked up to now? Are you new to Sky, or changed your broadband package?

Hi Mark, no I am not new to sky and everything has been working fine till now.

@Chrissy1955 Did you run through the phone line test, this can be found in the link below and do you have any other means of contacting Sky to report this fault?
