Hi I need to get my call logs for my landline and they are not on my bill can anyone point me in the right direction?

@VStaff44 These should be on your bill that covers the following month as calls are shown in the following months bill.

It is only bringing up calls that were charged and not any free calls?

Calls to 0800 numbers aren't logged.

No, unless the number and time is registered on your actual phone. It's designed to safeguard adults and children who contact freephone numbers for domestic or child abuse.

That makes sense as it was a domestic abuse helpline I called, no problem thank you for your help.
