      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, for over a week now I've had no dial tone, can't make or receive calls. Have tried all the suggested tests and also a new phone. I've tried all my wall sockets too. Broadband seems to be working fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for replying, no I haven't made any changes at all. I don't use the landline very often at all so I've only noticed this problem in the last few weeks, it may have been like this for longer for all I know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
