    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;my&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;landline&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;connection has stopped working completely. I've completed the recommended checks on the Sky Troubleshooting page and it hasn't fixed it.&amp;nbsp; When you phone the landline it sounds as though its ringing but is not.&amp;nbsp; I had Fibre installed today by SKY Engineer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
