      <title>Sky Talk Issue - phoneline is down</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've suddenly lost my phoneline. The Sky service checker shows no known issues with my service, but my internet speed has dropped by two thirds (but is still working) and my phone (Sky Talk) has stopped working altogether - no dial tone. When I re-ran the Service Checker it found an issue with my broadband speed but the further tests it was trying to run were 'unavailable at the present time'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried all the Sky online help, this did not solve my issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas where I go next?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, and if there's no sign of it coming back later today, I'll try ringing the Sky Talk help number I've found online. Not easy as mobile phone connections are really spotty where I live (hence the need for the landline).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update; Called Sky, have to say I'm impressed both by the automated speech recognition help part of the call and particularly by the human operator whom I eventually spoke with. The upshot is an Openreach engineer is booked for Monday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far, very well done Sky!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
