&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't normally use the home phone but after experiencing an unacceptable amount of buffering on ITVX, completed checks and resets etc to try and locate any issues. On checking the phone line, I realise we have no dial tone and on calling the landline from mobile it's just rings. Not sure when this started as seldom use landline (emergencies when power cut and mobile masts down).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no option to plug &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":electric_plug:"&gt;🔌&lt;/span&gt; phone into router and we only have the three lights. &amp;nbsp;I have exhausted all options- based on advice in the forum&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so far.....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's says broadband and wifi are fine and there are no known problems in my area&lt;/P&gt;</description>
