&lt;P&gt;Have you tried what&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4639"&gt;@Mark39&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;wrote and tried the line test because if a fault is found outside of your property you can arrange and engineer repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
