I have broadband but cannot make or receive calls on landline since switching to Sky. The phone is charged and working fine.

Is it plugged into the Hub?

If your Hub has 4 lights, and the one labelled Voice is lit, your phone won't work from the wall socket.

No paperwork just a router and 3 leads!

@Angela69If I remember it came in the box with the leads, that is the liong thin box.

Can receive ok. Checked all cables and connectors. Has worked well for years. Never had a voice light.
