My phone says check line cord, ive checked the internal line and put in a new line , but still have the same problem, im thinking now its an external problem, i cant get in touch with sky my provider, is it a bt problem.

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:
