Landline keeps ringing

My landline has been ringing for 3 days now. I answer it but nobody there so I put the phone down and within 2 minutes it rings again. I have turned the whole system off but it makes no difference. What else can I do?

Firstly, have you dialled 1471 to try to identify the caller (if there is one)?

A number shows on the phone but nobody there. I can make outgoing calls but the phone just keeps ringing

@Wina+80, @BeBe100, there seems to be a bit of a spate of this happening. I don't think there's anything you can do to fix it yourself, so give Sky a call on 150 to report it.
