You shouldn't be having a problem calling Sky and getting through, although there is sometimes a wait. Just dial 150 from your landline.

For some unaccountable reason voice mail was disconnected ( not by me) a few months ago and then suddenly returned on it's own, This has happened again a few weeks ago but now persists, each time I dial 1571 I get the message voice mail is turned off, so I cannot discover missed calls etc which is essential for me, 1471 does reveal last call only.

Trying Sky help is futile, the page does not respond to the fault reported in anyway, and the virtual assistant is absolutely useless telling me they are sorry they could not help when in fact they have never attempted to do anything, I think they have a serious glitch in the system.

I am a diamond V I P customer with over 22 years custom but think it may be time to find another supplier because I find the help section while giving lots of information never seems to get down to brass tacks, and you can't talk to a human voice these days.

I would have thought it would be possible to access settings and just switch it on but can find no such route !
