My mother in law has had the same number with Sky for years and I never had a problem getting through until 23rd December when everyone that called was getting the message "Number not recognized". Reported it as a fault and Openreach replaced the dropwire to her house. Everyone else apart from me can now get through. I get the same message from both my landline and my mobile (both are with Sky). Openreach came out again and confirmed all ok. Tried to report it as a fault on my line but gave up after speaking to 6 people over 40 minutes. No one knew what to do any don't even seem to have registered my call to them.

We have restarted my mobile. Moved the sim card from slot 1 to slot 2.

Rebooted the router

Rebooted the landline (FTTP)

She does not have call forwarding and Talk Shield is not switched on so she can't have blocked my numbers although this would give a different announcement.

I have no problems making or receiving calls from anyone else on both numbers.

Any suggestions please??

All you can do is to continue to try and report this to Sky via the free 150 number as a fault so it can be past to other teams to investigate.
