To get broadband we had to have with landline. We don't use a phone and the number is x directory. How do I find out what the landline is....I can't find any paperwork with it on. Thanks in advance

Quickest way (providing you have a phone you can connect) is dial 17070 and listen to the automated message.

If you don't have a phone: to use:

1. It should be shown on your online Sky account at https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk

2. It will be shown on the MySky app.

3. It will be in your confirmation sign-up documentation.
