Landline not working

Landline not working, had sky text saying there are problems. Website did say there was an outage and it may take days to fix. When I do my own search says there are no issues in my area. Help please!

You would need to report the outage by calling Sky and clarifying the current position. By reporting your individual issue you'll also be able to claim automatic compensation should the problem persist. Don't forget Openreach don't work on domestic issues at weekends or on bank holidays. See this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once the fault has been fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.
