      <title>Landline not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my landline has stopped working, there is a ring tone but if a call is attempted &amp;nbsp;I get a engaged tone. If there is a incoming call is say that this number is not recognised.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My broadband is still working but not the landline.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help or advice would be great, thank you in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
