      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been told by Sky now that we should wait for 24-72 hours once we've plugged the phone into the new router as this is normal after fibre broadband installations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone was previously plugged in to the BT landline socket downstairs,&amp;nbsp; whereas the fibre broadband router is in the spare bedroom upstairs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
