      <description>&lt;P&gt;my homee phob=ne has no tone, cant ring out, and when i ring from mobile it has an engaged tone. spoke to BT, they said need a Sky engineer out. tried all online help suggeested by Sky, no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Engineer came out last this happend and it was sorted a few years ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i book an engineer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If an engineer could contact me that would be great, thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is incredibly frustrating not being able to speak to an engineer or someone who can help, especially as I pay so much for my package, ... that are happy to take the money... but no customer service??? When did that become the standard??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or you can call if you prefer, Sky&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;will&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;take your call - just wait on the line if the robot send you a link to test the connection, and you'll be put through to an adviser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
