      <title>No landline. Saying line cord error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Handsets all say cord line error. One corded set near the line entry to the house is dead suggesting it's a bit problem outside the property.. How do I check if it's a BT problem please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My land line is not working, &amp;nbsp;Post code area BN42 4&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My Broad band is working thank goodness. (hence being on line in community page )&lt;BR /&gt;I hade a Line cord error showing on handsets, followed all the approriate steps Unplugged etc, . Line cord error has now gone from handset display,but I have &amp;nbsp;no dial tone, can't dial out, can't receive a call.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On hold for SKY talk team and the expected wait time is 25mins,( how lovely it is , they have 6 options of music whilst you wait...... which means they know their call centre is understaffed).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions gratefully received&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to make /receive any calls - I am using a micro filter but have tried phone direct into master socket - without success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The house phone line does not connect &amp;nbsp;and can't make calls .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Borrowed a cord phone and tried the line shows dead no dialling tone. Also tried the test socket&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says line code error - can anyone help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once that speech bubble appears you only have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.
