&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our Sky landline isn't working (Cannot make or receive calls, no tone when lifting the phone), Our broadband service is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already tried the self diagnosis guidance sky have provided and had no luck in getting the landline up and running via this route&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No not changed any package. I rarely use my landline, I only know there's a problem as my house alarm works off the connection and that came up with an alert saying landline connection down.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
