      <description>&lt;P&gt;That link takes me to testing my connections which are fine and then a telephone number that refers me back to the same pages. When I dial any number I get engaged signal and anyone dialling in gets a number not available message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
