      <description>&lt;P&gt;So this seems to be a common one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have dialling tone I have broadband but when someone calls us they get '"this number is temporarily unavailable " if we dial out even to our mobiles we get the busy tone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have checked the phone and the line but all is okay so any help would be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
