If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can’t make or receive calls and no dialling tone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My phone line is not working although my internet is.&amp;nbsp; I cannot make or receive calls and there is no dial tone. I have tried a different handset but both show the same fault "check phone line." I have also trried a new Sky microfilter without success. Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
