Once that speech bubble appears you have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.       <title>No dial tone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting no dial tone from my phone line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried handset at another house, works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Broadband Hub connected to master socket works fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've removed the front plate from the master socket to isolate from the house wiring and plugged handset in, no dial tone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has worked previously until about 3 weeks ago, the last time we used the phone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get the line tested please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the message but I have had no inbound messages except in this thread.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tapped through from the red and blue double speech bubble floating-action-button a few times but it just says "How can we help? Replies aren't immediate...". There is no other activity. The notification bell menu just has messages about the gamification points and the messages in this thread...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems like a flawed system so I'll just sit in the queue on the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much for taking the time to try and help! &lt;P&gt;Now that you've reported it to Sky, and they in turn to Openreach see&amp;nbsp;this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days &lt;STRONG&gt;from when you first report the fault to Sky, &lt;/STRONG&gt;you will become eligible for it once the fault has been fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
