No dial tone, service checker reports no problems

I suddenly realised today that my phone wouldn't connect to wifi calling (EE) this prompted me to grab my home phone (Sky) to dial and test my mobile folowing various tricks/resets, to which I realised there was no dial tone at all.

The Wifi is working fine and my computer is running fine on Ethernet also. I am unable to call sky for support because I live in a rural area where I need the wifi in order to have a signal on my phone.

Going through online support offers me the option to either call or come here, and since I can't call... Here I am.
