Landline out calls not working

On landline calls in/out the person on the othe side can't us but we can hear them

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Had the engineer out looked at it then he went to the phone exchange & said it was a sky problem they sent me a text this morning to say it was fixed & it isn't fixed

Phoned sky on Thursday was told the problem would be fixed and I waited until today to see if problem had been fixed and it has been fixed,phone lines working properly again thanks for you're help
