Skytalk Shield not working

Hi, moved over to sky yesterday and we originally had BT call guardian, since we are meant to now have sky talk shield I tried to enable it via the app and also the sky website, keeps coming up with an error and I cannot get any further, reading some of the posts on here I phoned 17070 and there is nothing coming through after I dial it, no dial tone, option menu, just silence. Does this mean Skytalk Shield won't work?

Are you able to make and receive calls normally?

hi mark, yes I cann make and receive normally.

I have just phoned Sky and they switched it in and said please wait up to 24hrs so looks like the website doesnt work and you indeed have to phone them to get it activated
