      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already did this several times after going around in circles within the website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply tells me what I alraedy knwo.....Broadband is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone has no connection, broadband is dead....I'm no expert but to me it seems there is an external connection issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your input would be appreciated....Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
