      <title>Problem with landline. Broadband is working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My landline is not working. The broadband does work. There seems to be a dial tone but if I phone any number I get an engaged tone. If I dial in I just go straight through to the sky voicemail recording. Open reach were working on next door recently but if they had disrupted the line would not the broadband be down as well. I do think this will be an Openreach problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
