    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just checked my bill for next month, and I'm being charged £0.47 for a call I supposedly made! I don't have a phone with my broadband package, so don't see how I'm being charged for something I didn't do!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's no phone number on my account, let alone a phone plugged in and a call made. The number is from Glasgow, I checked Google and other people are saying they have also been charged for it even though they haven't called it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't understand how you've been charged, but in any event, you would need to call Sky to report it and seek a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
