2 men came to connect my new box after they left i went to the phone to ring doctore and it was dead so i had

No its not dangerous I PRESSED WRONG KEY I JUST NEED MY LAND LINE WORKING dont send emergency team i appologised for pressing wrong key. Out of reach came to do fire then left me no phone

Thankyou open reach came to install fire i thimk its called friday after they finisheď the land phòñe had no dialĺiñg tone the broadband works i couldnt get into complaints at sky thats why i left message here

If your broadband Hub has a ' Voice' light which is lit, your phone must be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub. It won't work if it's plugged into the normal wall socket.
