      <title>Sky phone not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone line has stopped working, which also means broadband&amp;nbsp; has also stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't get a dial tone if I try to make a call and the handset says "line in use" even though it isnt,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I call the landline from a mobile, the phone does ring but does not connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've followed all the user guides on the help pages, and nothing works. The landline status shows green/OK, and the broadband status checker says it cannot connect to the hub/red.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've even tried a different phone handset, and its just the same fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone is important to me as an elderly person living alone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
