      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're new to Sky and your Sky Broadband Hub has a Voice light on the front panel which is lit, is your phone plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It won't work if it's plugged into the normal wall socket.&lt;/P&gt;
