Just changed to sky broadband and my landline phone is not working. Do I need an IP phone?

No, but your phone needs to be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub, not the wall socket, if your Hub has a Voice light which is lit.

Thanks Mark. I was on BT broadband previously and didnt need to plug into the back of the hub. Will have to buy an IP phone now lol

@TJW123 No your normal phone will work just fine in the port in the back of the hub.

As @Highlinder posted, just use your existing phone. An IP phone won't work with a Sky landline.
