Unable to Make or Receive Calls.

I am currently unable to make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls.

In both instances, the number is dialled, rings once and then the line goes dead.

I have followed help steps set-out online but these have not worked.

I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue.
