Digital phones

We have just transferred our broadband and landline to sky! Now when we was with BT they gave us these digital phones! Just tired to set them up with our sky hub and they are not working! Am I doing something wrong or is it because they are BT phones that they won't work!

They're not compatible with the Sky phone service, I'm afraid. Sky currently don't have an equivalent.

Thought so! Can I just buy normal phones do you think and they will work with my hub? It says on the hub it's voice ready as we are digital here!

If the Hub Voice light is lit you have Sky VOIP. Yes, you can connect any standard phone handset to the socket at the back of the Hub. You might find a cordless phone convenient.

FYI additional old style phone sockets around the house will no longer work.
