      <description>&lt;P&gt;After speaking with Terryok we ran a line test which seemed to clear any issue with the line and is now able to make/receive calls on the landline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was great speaking with you Terryok and thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
